Basic Freedive Safety instruction
If your interested in learning about freedive safety, are new to freediving, want your son, daughter, or significant other to learn basic freedive safety, would like to build on your current dive knowledge, or are planning to join a dive/spearfishing club then this course course is for you.

1-day course
4 hours-classroom academics
2 hours-confined water training
Minimum age requirement:
12 years or older
Course prerequisites:
None
LEVEL 1 FREEDIVEr Certification
If you have some experience in the water already with either spearfishing or freediving and would like to eliminate bad diving habits, sharpen your technique, and make the connection between your diving experiences and the best freediving instruction/knowledge then this is the course for you.
